I have no idea what my last entry was about... But since then I started my Nursing Assistant class which is a prerequisite for nursing school and i finished the class... i think with the highest grade in my class. i also passed the state exam.. So i am now a Certified nursing assistant. so that part of my prerequisite is done... i have started taking 2 classes at durham tech . Microbiology again ( because it wont transfer image that!) and a class for fun Medical Terminology... I just wanted to take Mt because it seemed that it would be fun and it would help me with my knowledge of the medical world.. it really is helping me because i've already learned some valuable words and their roots.. things that i use and see daily at work... so i really like it.. Ive got to study hard for my first test though... Going to NY, NY in about 2 weeks.. this will be my first trip ever to new york.. i hope i have a lot of fun... Of course i'm going to shop.. but i plan on doing a little sight seeing in the 4 days that i am planning on being there... of course i supposed i'll find some time to post after my trip.. i took a vaction to the dominican republic for my birthday in july.. it was really a last minute trip plan.. it was not supposed to be until this week i took off in september. glad that we already went due to all of the hurricanes and flight cuts... It was really HOT!!! but beautiful downthere... This man tried to sell us this vacation package for 8,000 dollars... yeah the package sounded really good but i knew it was going to be way too expensive... GeEZ.. .i dont have 8000 laying around and if i did.. i would not spend it all at once... i dont vacation alot anyway.. and since i'm planning on going back to school for the next 2 years.. and then a year off and then right back into school... i wont be vacationing again for sometime.... GAS IS absoLUTELY RIDICULOUS... i worked on Friday ... i kept hearing about how people were in lines for gas... how gas stations were running out of gas.. and how people were running up the price of gas... How about on my way home i saw for myself.. .i did not see any extremely high prices... but i did see long lines for certain gas stations.. then on my way to work today.. that same gas station was out of the lowest two.. which is what regular and super... and plus or premium (depending on the gas station) was all that was left to be sold... Now i just so happened to need gas but i bought some about wednesday or tuesday cause i was almost on E... I do not watch the news at all.. so i did not even know this was happening or going to happen.. This is just plan ridiculous... i mean really .. i'm going to try and start keeping up with the news.. but really all i do is sleep work and go to school... i get to catch a few of my programs but mostly i fall asleep on them too... Has to be more to life than this... Update when i get back from NY |
